• Fin die –3/8”system1”cross pitch—12 row die—with sign wave fin & ends either rippled or straight
• Automatic tube straightening machine.
• Hair pin bender up to maximum length of 1500mm
• Gang bullet expansion machine to cater the total length up to 1050mm (fin to fin length) & max30 holes in one row & 6 rows For bigger jobs we have bullet flexpander machine .
• Ultra modern manual brazing systems
• Special drilling machine or headers enabling special collar on header .
• Special internal cleaning system &cleaning the coil internally to ASHARE standards
