Mr. Ravalnath Gopinath Shende

Mr. Ravalnath Gopinath Shende, aged 60 years, is the Managing Director and Promoter of the company. He is a founding member of the Company and was appointed as Director since the incorporation of the Company. He has completed Bachelor of Engineering (Production), University of Bombay, in the year 1984. He has more than 33 years of experience in engineering. He was associated earlier with the Larsen & Toubro Ltd as Terro Engineer, Kirloskar Bros. Ltd as Business Head, Shree Refrigeration as Partner and Shree Refrigeration Private Limited as Executive Director.
Mrs. Rajashri Ravalnath Shende

Mrs. Rajashree Ravalnath Shende, aged 57 years, is the Whole-time Director and Promoter of the company. She is a founding member of the Company and was appointed as Director since the incorporation of the Company. She completed Diploma in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering, in the year 1986. She has more than 11 years of experience in engineering. She was associated earlier with the Premalatai Chavan Polytechnic as Lecturer and HOD (Electrical) and Shree Refrigeration Private Limited as Executive Director.
Mrs. Devashree Vishwesh Nampurkar

Sales manager with over 6 years of experience training and supervising sales staff while planning and
implementing sales strategies over multistate territory. Proven track record of launching successful
marketing and team-leading into a senior management position. Fiercely competitive in my approach
to acquire new business and able to handle complex situations from strategic and tactical
perspective
Commodore Sunil Kaushik, NM, VSM (Retd.)
Whole-time Director
Cmde. Sunil Kaushik is the Whole Time Director of our company. He completed his Bachelor of
Technology (Mechanical Engineering) from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He also holds
the degree of Master of Philosophy, Master Degree of Science in Defence and Strategic Studies and
Post graduate diploma in industrial engineering. He has more than 35 years of experience in serving
the Indian navy and leading ship building projects of the Indian Navy and involved in project planning
and management contracting.
Mr. Nandkumar Madhav Athawale
Independent Director
Mr. Nandkumar Madhav Athawale is an Independent Director of our Company. He was appointed
as an Independent Director on our Board from February 19, 2024. He completed his Master of
Technology (Mechanical) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, in the year 1984. He has
more than 37 years of experience in Heavy Engineering, Defense & Aerospace industries having in-
depth knowledge and experience in Design / Engineering / Manufacturing, New Business
Development.
Col. Lalit Rai (Retd.)
Independent Director
Col. Lalit Rai is an Independent Director of our Company, appointed on February 19, 2024. He
completed his Bachelor of Science from Bangalore University, in 2000. A former army officer, Col.
Rai was commissioned into the 7/11 Gorkha Rifles of the Indian Army on September 3, 1977. He
served as the Commanding Officer of the 1 st Battalion 11 Gorkha Rifles during the Kargil War and
was awarded the Vir Chakra on August 15, 1999, for his bravery and leadership. He served more
than 29 years in the Indian Army.
Mr. Umesh Ramaswamy Shastry

Mr. Umesh Ramaswamy Shastry is an Independent Director of the Company. He is appointed as an
Independent Director in our company from February 19,2024. He completed his Bachelor of
Commerce from B. M. College of Commerce, affiliated with University of Pune, in the year 1985. He
is a Qualified Chartered Accountant passed in the year 1989 and Qualified Company Secretary
passed in the year 1995. He has 14 years of experience in Accounts, Finance and Internal Audit.
Commodore Vivek Karnavat (Retd.)
Independent Director
Mr. Vivek Karnavat is the Independent Director of the company, appointed on November 25, 2024.
He was commissioned in the Indian Navy as an Executive Branch officer in 1987. He specialised as a
pilot (Air Force Academy, Dindigul) and further as a flying instructor (Flying Instructors’ School, IAF,
Tambram). The values instilled during the formative years at school (RIMC, Dehradun) and the
National Defence Academy (NDA, Khadakvasla) were compounded over 35 years in the Indian Navy
with a well-rounded exposure to flying, maritime operations, contracts management, investment
management and administration. He has led teams ranging from a few to a thousand plus personnel
at different stages of his naval career. He brings diverse perspectives to the table, helps in mitigating
risks and encourages balanced decision-making that considers the potential impacts on all
stakeholders.
